Powers The Division may adopt rules for the administration of this Act. The Division may enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Department of Revenue, or both, for the administration of this Act. Such intergovernmental agreement may allow for the distribution of all or a portion of the issuance fee imposed under Section 10 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity or the Department of Revenue, as applicable.
