Sec. 14. Express Rates, Charges and Rules. (a) Carriers of passengers by motor vehicle may publish the rates, charges, and rules covering the transportation of express in their tariffs or schedules containing passenger fares and charges, provided such express matter is included in a separate section of such tariff. When this is done it will not be necessary for such passenger carrier to publish a separate tariff covering express. However, both the PSCI No. B_____ and the PSCI No. E_____, must be shown.

(b) When passenger tariffs contain express rates, charges, and rules, five copies of such issues shall be transmitted to the Commission.
