45 IAC 16-2-7 Posting of tariffs and supplements

Sec. 7. Posting Regulations. Each carrier must post and file at each of its stations or offices at which an exclusive agent is employed all of the tariffs or schedules applying from, or at, such station or office and must also post and file at its principal place of business all of its tariffs or schedules. All tariffs or schedules must be kept available for public inspection or examination at all reasonable times.
