Sec. 9. Filing of Contracts. Section 18, of the Motor Vehicle Act, Chapter 222, of Acts 1941, provides that the filing of copies of contracts containing the minimum charges of contract carriers for the transportation of passengers/or property is permitted by consent of contracting parties.
