45 IAC 3.1-1-89 Limitation on total neighborhood assistance credits granted by state

Sec. 89. Maximum Amount of Neighborhood Assistance Credit Allowable. The total amount of Neighborhood Assistance Credit in any State fiscal year (July 1-June 30) may not exceed one million dollars. When the total credits approved equal one million dollars, no applications thereafter will be approved. Due to this limitation, applications for the credit will be considered in the chronological order in which they are filed.
