Legislative Research Commission Note (6/4/2010). 2010 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 2, sec. 29, provides: "The amendments to KRS 141.388(1)(a) and (b) contained in Section 6 of this Act apply to all purchases of qualified residences within the approved time, as those terms are defined within that subsection. The amendments to KRS 141.388(1)(d), (2), and (4) contained in Section 6 of this Act apply to purchases of qualified residences after November 6, 2009."
