N.J.A.C. 18:23-11.2 - Taxpayer's Right to Informal Conference

Where, under N.J.A.C. 18:23-5.6, Inspection of classifications and valuations; conference; appeal, a taxpayer requests an informal hearing, a conference will be held before Property Administration to be conducted on an informal basis, with or without representation on behalf of the taxpayer or other party in interest.
