N.J.A.C. 18:23-5.7 - Property Tax Statement to Be Received by Taxpayer

The Director will mail to the taxpayer, no later than December 15 of the pre-tax year, a detailed statement of the taxpayer's Class II property and a statement of the assessment of railroad property tax payable in the tax year.
