N.J.A.C. 18:23-8.4 - Extension of Filing Time
(a) The Director, for good and sufficient cause shown, may grant a reasonable extension of time for the filing of returns.
(b) However, the Director may require a taxpayer to submit any pertinent information necessary for the administration of the Act.
