N.J.A.C. 18:24-5.10 - Fabricator/contractor's Sales of Completed Products

Where a fabricator/contractor sells his or her completed product for installation by someone other than himself or herself, such as, by the property owner or by another contractor, he or she is required to charge and collect tax on the sales price of the product.
