N.J.A.C. 18:3-5.4 - Deposit in Lieu of Bond

In lieu of any bond or bonds required under N.J.A.C. 18:3-5.2 and 5.3, a State licensee may deposit with the State Treasurer, under such terms and conditions as the Director may prescribe, a like amount of lawful money of the United States.
