N.J.A.C. 18:5-10.2 - Display of Cigarettes in Vending Machines

All packages of cigarettes are to be packed in cigarette vending machines in such manner that if any packages are visible while in the machine, the revenue tax stamps affixed must be clearly visible to the public and to the investigators of the Division of Taxation.
