N.J.A.C. 18:5-5.16 - Mailing Address

(a) The original copy of all required reports and all required schedules are to be filed with the Division of Taxation, PO Box 187, Trenton, NJ 08695-0187.

(b) One copy of all required reports and all required schedules is to be retained by the licensee on the licensed premises and be preserved with all other records.
