N.J.A.C. 18:5-6.10 - Retail Dealer's Vending Machine License

(a) Each retail dealer is required to apply for a vending machine retail dealer's license on Combined Cigarette License Application CM-100, if the applicant is applying for one license.

(b) If the applicant is applying for more than one vending machine retail dealer's license, Combined Cigarette License Application CM-100, is to be used.

(c) For each license issued to a retail dealer operating a vending machine for the sale of cigarettes, and for each continuance thereof, there must be paid to the Director a fee of $ 50.00.

(d) Each vending machine, for the sale of cigarettes, is deemed a separate place of business, and must be separately licensed.
