N.J.A.C. 18:5-6.13 - Manufacturer's Representative License

(a) Each manufacturer's representative is required to apply for a manufacturer's license on Combined Cigarette License Application CM-100.

(b) For each license issued to a manufacturer's representative and for each continuance thereof, there must be paid to the Director a fee of $ 5.00.
