N.J.A.C. 18:6-3.2 - Fractional Cents

Whenever the Director prepares and calculates minimum prices at wholesale and retail for any brand or brands of cigarettes, and the computation results include a fraction of a cent, the price on all such figures is to be rounded to the next higher cent.
