N.J.A.C. 18:6-5.6 - Form of Reports

(a) All reports are required to be made on the report forms approved by the Director as provided in N.J.A.C. 18:6-5.1, Distributor reports required and 5.2, Wholesale dealer reports required.

(b) The Director may require any taxpayer to file such other reports and submit such further information as he or she deems necessary for the proper administration of the New Jersey Unfair Cigarette Sales Act.
