N.J.A.C. 18:6-6.3 - Hearing of Suspension or Revocation of License

Any person who has received a notice of hearing to suspend or revoke any license for a violation of the New Jersey Unfair Cigarette Sales Act, has the right to a hearing pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq., and 52:14F-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
