N.J.A.C. 18:6-7.12 - Powers of Director

All of the powers vested in the Director of the Division of Taxation pursuant to the provisions of the New Jersey Cigarette Tax Act and the regulations thereunder are available to the Director in the enforcement and administration of the New Jersey Unfair Cigarette Sales Act and these regulations.
