Section 10A-19.3 - Effective Date
Section 10A-19.2 - Appeal to Tax Court, Claim for Refund.Section 10A-20 - Injunctive Relief as One of Remedies for Collection.

This act shall take effect immediately, and shall apply to taxes due and payable in the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven and thereafter.
