Section 4-63.1 - "completed" Defined
Section 4-62 - Amendment of Assessment; Grounds; ComputationSection 4-63.2 - Valuation of Real Property on Which Structures Erected, Etc., After October 1st and Completed Before January 1st; Assessment

As used in this act "completed" shall mean substantially ready for the use for which it was intended.
