Section 5-111.3 - Filing or Recording of CertificateSection 5-112 - Private Sale of Real Estate Acquired for Delinquent Taxes, Assessments by Municipality; Recording of Assignments, Service on Tax Collector.

The officer receiving the certificate of cancellation for filing or recording shall be entitled to the same fees as for the filing or recording of a certificate of redemption of the lands.
