Rule 2006-9 previously promulgated by the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration for purposes of enforcing or implementing the Arkansas Gross Receipts Act of 1941 (as amended) is hereby specifically amended as of the effective date of these rules. These rules shall be effective from and after October 15, 2008.
