12-28.009 Distribution of Funds Received by the Department.
(1) Upon receiving payment information and associated remittance information, the Department will verify that the funds for subsequent distribution reconcile with the associated remittance information submitted to the Department.
(2) Within two working days of receiving an accurate payment, the Department will make all required entries in the State accounting system. These entries will be based on the remittance detail for the appropriate trust fund or agency as designated in statute.
