Ill. Admin. Code. tit 86, § 518.100 - Definitions

For the purposes of this Part:

"Act" means the Public Utilities Act

"Department" means the Illinois Department of Revenue;

"Electric utility" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16-102 of the Public Utilities Act

"Retail customer" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16-102 of the Public Utilities Act.
