45 IAC 16-3-46 Publication of tariff provisions in binding estimates

Sec. 46. Tariff provisions establishing a binding estimate may be filed on one days' notice to the public and the commission, up to and including, March 31, 1986. After March 31, 1986, tariff provisions establishing or cancelling a binding estimate must be filed on not less than thirty (30) days' notice to the public and the commission.
