45 IAC 16-5-1 Ambulances designated as authorized emergency vehicles

Sec. 1. All ambulances, other than those designated as emergency vehicles, by Acts 1939, Chapter 48, Section 2, as amended, which are used in emergency service are hereby designated as authorized emergency vehicles and may be operated as such in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Indiana.
