N.J.A.C. 18:17A-9.1 - Segmental Assessments

Segmental assessment refers to more than one municipality being assessed simultaneously in a segment of the county. Valuations of real property will continue to be done under existing appraisal practices, as all other property is valued in accordance with Title 54 of the Revised Statutes.
