N.J.A.C. 18:24-14.1 - Hospital Sales May Be Exempt

N.J.S.A. 54:32B-9(b)(1) permits a hospital, which has qualified as an exempt organization to make sales that are not subject to the taxes imposed under the Sales and Use Tax Act.
