N.J.A.C. 18:24-34.1 - Scope of the Subchapter

The provisions of this subchapter implement N.J.S.A. 54:32B-3(b)(11) and clarify the scope of the imposition of sales tax on investigation and security services, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 54:32B-24.
